Digital Showers To Revolutionise Wash Time

When was the last time that your enjoyment of a relaxing warm shower was rudely interrupted by a blast of icy cold water?

Or, was the enjoyment of your shower interrupted by the sound of a toilet flushing and moments later you were scalded by hot water?

Maybe you have difficulty ensuring the safety of showering children or elderly parents and you find it necessary to watch the shower temperature carefully?

These common frustrations may be a thing of the past with the arrival of digital showers.

Digital showers have been introduced to the Australian marketplace by leading digital shower distributors, Miradigital Showers.

Unlike conventional showers, digital showers are controlled remotely via a small processor box called a ‘digital mixer’. This has many advantages, not the least of which is temperature regulation. The digital mixer is programmed to detect and adjust sudden changes in water temperature, caused by something like the flushing of a toilet, to ensure that the shower temperature is kept to the level you desire.

Other benefits that digital showers have over conventional showers include:

  • Perfect temperature control – the genius of digital programming gives you total control over all aspects of your shower experience.
  • Easy installation. Digital showers are simple to install and can be fully installed in as little as an hour. They are often found to be the perfect solution when considering replacement showers.
  • Flexibility in design and control. Digital showers operate on wireless communications, allowing the controls to be positioned where they are most practical or aesthetically pleasing. This gives you great flexibility in positioning shower controls to suit your circumstances. Controls can be positioned and adjusted to suit the needs of children or the elderly.

So how does this all work?

Digital showers have three main components – the digital mixer, the wireless control, and the showerhead.

As the name suggests, the digital mixer is the control element of the digital shower. No bigger than an iPad, this small black box can be placed discreetly out of sight in your bathroom vanity unit or in the ceiling if need be. From there it will be connected to the shower controls using wireless technology.

The wireless controller itself enables you to set the desired temperature by simply touching a button. Flow rates are also easily adjusted. Some of the additional features in the Miradigital Shower range include programmable functions such as warm-up and eco modes.

The showerhead, as you would expect, has state-of-the-art features and you can opt for a one flip action called Flipstream that makes showering a real joy. It features different shower sprays aptly named cloud, burst, storm and rain.

Digital Showers Are Easy To Program and Use

You simply use the shower controls to set the flow and temperature that you require and the digital mixture controls the flow of water to the showerhead as required, adjusting the temperature automatically even when somebody turns on a hot or cold tap elsewhere. It is simple, effective and convenient.

The Miradigital Showers have four controller options all with separate push button controls to start and stop and to regulate temperature and flow. All options have programmable functions including temperature setting, warm-up mode, clock display and eco setting.

Miradigital Showers represent the future in shower technology giving people much more control over their showering experience.
